Swedish Massage—is a vigorous style of massage designed to energize the body by stimulating
circulation. Swedish massage is used for relaxation and improved circulation.

Sports massage—Combines different Massage techniques to enhance sports performance and
recuperation. An effective component of any training program. $95.

Deep Tissue— helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation, and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendonitis. It is generally integrated with other massage techniques. $95.

Hot Stone—also known as "thermotherapy," combines heat and pressure, in the form of smooth hot stones. The therapist  applies the hot stones, in sequence, to the client's back. This form of therapy is deeply relaxing and can promote healing of the body and mind. $110.

Pre-Natal Massage - Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and our therapists who are trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly. $85.

Aromatherapy—Combines the therapeutic properties of essential oils with specific massage techniques to promote health and well-being. $85.

Ayurvedic Shirodhara - Provided as an add-on or stand-alone service, Shirodhara is traditionally used to calm and restore the nerves, release stored emotions, and purify the mind. It is the application of warmed sesame oil infused with the essential oil specific to your Dosha. Enjoy a constant and rhythmic stream of warm customized oils poured over the third eye (between the brows) followed by a gentle scalp massage and warm towels for comfort. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. $110.

Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage) - A wonderful massage designed to calm the nervous system, aid in circulation, improve immunity and remove toxins. This treatment utilizes customized oils that penetrate deep into the body using gentle, yet energetic strokes to promote self-healing on a cellular level. $110.

Indian Head Massage - This massage is invigorating, revitalizing and an uplifting treatment working on the upper back, shoulders, scalp and face. These areas are massaged with a firm and gentle rhythmic fashion involving Marma points (acupressure points). Traditionally Ayurvedic oils are massaged into the scalp for their many therapeutic properties. The use of oils is optional. This particular form of massage can be used to relieve eyestrain, insomnia, migraines, stiff necks and shoulders and headaches. Moor Mud Body Wrap - After a through exfoliation your body is wrapped in the mystical warm Moor Mud. This sterile mud draws out impurities and stimulates circulation. You will feel energized from head to toe. Not recommended for those with high blood pressure or other heart conditions. $90.

Chocolate Body Wrap - Cure your chocolate craving with a nourishing chocolate oil added to a massage or salt glow or incorporated into your moor mud warp. Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate Mint or Chocolate Cake . $125.

Indian Sunset Mud Mask Wrap - This iron-rich mud treatment begins with a brisk citrus exfoliation. Next, warm Sedona mud is applied over the entire body. Herbal Hibernation Body Wrap - A delicious herbal experience that detoxifies the entire body. Ear  Candling - Ear candling is a centuries-old practice used to release pressure and remove wax build-up and blockage from the inner ear. This relaxing treatment involves placing a slow burning cylinder gently into the ear canal. The opposite end is lit to create a warming vacuum effect. Men's Sports Pedicure
They take so much abuse - your feet need maintenance. A whirlpool foot soak is followed by a heavy-duty salt scrub and a hydrating treatment. Dead skin will be removed (necessary calluses preserved) and nails will be trimmed, filed and cleaned up. $40
