For Your Comfort
We want each our our guests experience to be thoroughly enjoyable therefore no children under 12 are allowed in our facility unless invited to a special event. We appreciate your consideration to this policy. If you arrive with your children we will be unable to accommodate your appointment, however we will be happy to reschedule for a more convenient time for you. Please silence your cell phones and pagers and refrain from using them while in our facility. We are a non-smoking facility. Please let us know how we can enhance your personal experience.

Arrival for Your Experience
Our staff is committed to serving all of our guests at their scheduled appointment time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your services are scheduled to commence so you can properly prepare for your experience. Guests unable to arrive on time or within 5 minutes of your scheduled time will either be asked to re-book for another time or your session will be cut short.

Cancellations
In order to accommodate all of our guests, we require a 24 hour appointment cancellation. Multiple services, half day and full day packages require that all services be secured with a credit card and will be charged in full if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

May be used for any services and products in Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar and are transferable. Gift Cards are non-refundable however we have a wide variety of gifts and services we are certain we have something to suit everyone's taste. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
